Hester Creek's beautiful Guest Center is the setting for this multi-course, family style dinner. Chef Heinz Schmid of Catering Done Right designs each Mediterranean influenced course to compliment their carefully hand-crafted wines. Dance to the music of local band, Jazz Out West.
