Chef Pimenta brings to the winery a wealth of experience and passion having "chefed" at some of the finest restaurants in Vancouver, Whistler as well as in the Cayman Islands. The Vineyard Terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy wine, food and a wonderful vista. The open-air restaurant wraps around the CedarCreek Wineshop with every seat affording a breathtaking view of vineyard and lake. Chef Pimenta's menu will feature local producers, some growing exclusively for CedarCreek, with a farm to table philosophy.
