Winemaker Tom Dibello Leaves CedarCreek Estate Winery Mon, 22 Feb 2010 CedarCreek Estate Winery announces that their Winemaker Tom DiBello is leaving to pursue other oenological opportunities. Commenting on the change President Gordon Fitzpatrick stated, "Tom has been a big part of our success and we would like to thank him for his many contributions to crafting quality wines on behalf of CedarCreek. We wish Tom all the best in his future endeavours." CedarCreek has commenced a search to find a suitable replacement. In the meantime, the cellar will be managed by our Assistant Winemaker Bill Pierson.
