The Vineyard Terrace Restaurant Opens Thu, 11 Jun 2009 CedarCreek Estate Winery is pleased to announce that Chef Judith Knight returns to the Winery for another summer season of regional cuisine. CedarCreek's Vineyard Terrace Restaurant opens Friday, June 12, 2009 and is the perfect setting to enjoy food, wine and a wonderful vista. The open-air restaurant wraps around the CedarCreek Wineshop with every seat affording a breathtaking view of the vineyard and lake. Chef Knight's "fresh from the farm" menu is designed to pair perfectly with CedarCreek's award winning wines. In addition to lunch, Chef Knight will introduce a dinner series to commence July 24, 2009 and run five consecutive Friday evenings until August 21, 2009.
