CedarCreek is pleased to introduce you to their new vineyard and wineshop-Greata Ranch Vineyard.. Historic Greata Ranch, the second of the Fitzpatrick family’s three vineyards, is situated near Peachland in the heart of the Okanagan. Established in 1896, Greata Ranch was once one of the most prolific orchards in the valley. Long, immaculate rows of premium vinifera vines now occupy this magnificent site. Inspired by this natural beauty, the Greata label was painted by renowned BC artist Robert Genn. Although the wine is processed and bottled at CedarCreek’s state-of-the-art facility, the varietals under Greata label are predominately grown at Greata Ranch. A beautiful and scenic drive along Lake Okanagan will find you at Greata Ranch Vineyards, nine kilometres south of Peachland. Greata Ranch offers 'picnic style' fare and a wine shop featuring the exclusive Greata Ranch label and gifts. Greata Ranch is wonderful place to visit and indulge in a bit of summer sipping while enjoying the sweeping, majestic vistas of Okanagan Lake. |

At last year's spring wine festival we discovered Greata Ranch. We had space in our wine box for two bottles and wished I had space for a lot more. The Ehrenfelser is my favorite and I wish we had bought a case when we had a chance - great sipping wine with the taste of the Okanagan sunshine and a summer patio. We also really liked the Merlot. This summer, when we were back to the Okanagan with family, this was our first destination to stock up. We are back this year for the spring wine festival and hope the Ehrenfelser is as good this year - and make no mistake, if it is, I am buying a case.
