Sonoran Estate Winery is located near the northern boundary of Summerland, on the lakefront with a panoramic view across beautiful Okanagan Lake, toward the vineyards and orchards of Naramata and the wilderness area of Okanagan Mountain Park. The climate of the site is tempered by its lakeshore location and steep eastern exposure. During the long days of summer, the temperature rises rapidly in the morning, but the vineyard is sheltered from the intense afternoon heat. The vineyard has a total of five acres planted in Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Merlot and Gewurtztraminer. A visit to Sonoran Estate is a treat for the senses. Taste its full-bodied wines. Wander through the vineyards of the beautiful little winery. Feel the soft breeze from Okanagan Lake, and soak up the rich Okanagan sunshine.
