Set on the bank of Oxbow Creek, which meanders gently through the vineyard, Silver Sage Winery offers a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The winery is situated on the Golden Mile region in Oliver, which is known for its rich soils and microclimate and provides ideal conditions for growing high quality premium grapes. Silver Sage Winery is among but a few other wineries that, through dedication, passion, and hard work, have made a name for the BC wine industry. A family-owned and operated business, Silver Sage strives to maintain a high level of quality in all its products. Silver Sage Winery was established by Anna and Victor Manola. The Manola Family emigrated from Romania 25 years ago, with four generations of winemaking experience behind them. They had always dreamed of owning a vineyard in the Okanagan Valley, and in 1996, the dream became a reality. The Manolas purchased 25 acres of land, cleared it, planted it, and with a lot of hard work, love and passion, it became a well-established vineyard of which they are very proud.

Silver Sage Winery reviews

The wine was pretty good. The atmosphere was nice. The staff was OK. The owner and winemaker is a miserable old lady who was extremely rude. Bypass this winery and head to Burrowing Owl instead.

Toured the Naramata Bench wineries and a number of wineries in the Oliver area and hands down, the very best wine we had was from Silver Sage.

We absolutely loved all of the wines we tasted, especially the dessert wines, they had so much flavor. One amazing apertif wine is the "flame" wine which would be a hit at any party.
The staff are very friendly and fun and it makes you want to stay longer.
The setting is postcard pretty! Don't forget your camera for this beautiful location.

We visited your winery for the second time in 3 years, both times we felt welcome in your tasting room. The wine was superb, we brought several home, including one of each of the aperitif wines!! Next time, we'll bring more back-kudos to Anna!

I visited Silver Sage 2 years ago, and loved it. Their location is breathtaking, the people are very friendly, and the wine is wonderful! I am always asking anyone who is going through that area of BC to pick me up more of their wine, especially the dessert wines. I don't like to use the bottles I have until I have "backup"!

The atmosphere is great and the wine is very unique. I love the Sage wine and the The Flame is the best "hot" wine that I have tasted. Keep up the good work.

I was really impressed with the Silver Sage wines, that we "stumbled" upon during a trip to Okanagan Lake.
We've tried 2 of their red wines and we loved them. Our only regret was of traveling by motorcycle and thus not able to buy more than 4 bottles. We've been searching since that summer 3 years ago for their wines in Vancouver.
You cannot go wrong with them, even though I'm no expert in wines and I can only talk as an amateur.
Good job guys and good luck!
