Highlights Made from clones 76, 96 and Washington, the Platinum Chardonnay was whole berry cluster pressed and 100% barrel fermented. Hand-harvested at CedarCreek, Greata Ranch, Mauz and Duncan Vineyards, they aged the 2008 vintage 10 months in French oak from Coopers François Frères, Cadus, Berthomieu, Remond and Dargaud & Jaegle.
