Highlights Planted in 1977, the Ehrenfelser at Mannhardt Vineyards grows on some of the Okanagan’s oldest vines. In 2002, an educated guess led CedarCreek to meticulously remove leaves to open up the canopy and let the intense Okanagan sunlight reach the 25-year-old vines. A good wine became great and what they call “fruit salad in a glass” was born.
