Highlights The 2009 First Crush White is a blend of Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer and lees-aged Pinot Gris.  All three grape varieties are grown in their Suncrest Vineyard in Okanagan Centre.  Blending them allows more creative control and consistency from vintage to vintage.  The result is an aromatic wine that is refreshing on the patio, lively at social gatherings and delicious at the dinner table.   Notes of citrus, peach and tropical fruit and a hint of butter from the lees-aged Pinot Gris component. On the palate it is creamy and mouth-filling with clean acidity and a near dry finish.
