Highlights Bacchus is a Riesling x Sylvaner x Mueller-Thurgau cross that produces lively, aromatic wines that are naturally low in alcohol.  The variety excels in cool climates and it has thrived on the upper bench of Arrowleaf's vineyard, some 500 m in elevation.  Since it was planted in 1986, many trends have come and gone and Bacchus has established its rightful spot on that bench.     Fresh, floral, lively citrus and peach aromas.  Crisp, off-dry and very flavourful on the palate.
