Highlights Very intense aromatics with tropical fruit, guava and lychee up front and then grapefruit, lime and floral notes bring wonderful complexity. Palate is dry but with beautiful intense fruit sweetness candied lemons, loganberry and rhubarb pie. Tangy but fresh, finishing long and carrying the fruit through to the end. Fabulous sipping wine or great for matching dishes with some heat. Who doesn’t love chili peppers! One of the few great dry wines that pairs well with Asian foods.
