Highlights Hainle's 2007 Fume' Blanc is made in a Bordeaux style. It is well balanced with notes of lemon grass, gooseberry and lemon. It has had extended contact on the lees (sur lee) and is typical full in body as to be expected for a bordeaux style fume blanc.
