Highlights The 2008 Solstice Pinot Noir is grown in three vineyards located in Carr's Landing, Kelowna and West Kelowna.  The mild climate and sandy clay soils make these lakeside vineyards ideal for Pinot Noir.  Through low crop yields, minimal handling and careful aging in French oak puncheons, Arrowleaf Cellars ensure the wine stays true to the grape variety and the vineyards.  Solstice Pinot Noir reflects both the essence of their unique surroundings and their commitment to quality.   A medium bodied, flavour-packed Pinot Noir showing cherry, raspberry, spice and earth components.  It has the elegance and complexity expected of this variety with the lively fruit of our Central Okanagan vineyards shining through.
