Highlights The 2008 harvest proved to be a steady and consistent vintage. There was balance between ripening (sugar development) and hang time (flavour development). This enables Blasted Church to pick fruit that is not too high in sugar whilst waiting for flavours to be developed. The 2008 Malbec/ Syrah displays the low alcohol and depth acquired in the vineyard.
