Highlights The inaugural OMG is a cuvée of 100% estate grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. All varieties were picked on September 25th , 2008. The fruit was picked at low brix (19.2-20.8 brix) to minimize color pick up from the pinot noir and tannin pick up from the white grapes while retaining the acidity. The goal is to harvest and process the juice with minimum maceration of the fruit.
