Highlights This is a rich blend of Orofino vineyard's old vines and their neighbour's young vines. Aged in the finest new French and American oak barrels for 16 months, this bold wine displays rich mouthfeel with loads of dark fruit throughout.  Complex, spicy with hints of vanilla and coffee on the finish, it pairs nicely with prime cuts of beef or roast lamb.  Unfined and unfiltered. Cellar-worthy.
