Highlights This 100% single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was grown on the Cawston bench. It spent 20 months in the finest French oak barrels and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It was aged for a full year in bottle before release.  Classic ripe cabernet characteristics of red fruit, black currant, and kirsch intermingle with toasty oak and rich, fine tannins. Cellar-worthy.
