Highlights This single vineyard Gamay is grown on the Cawston Bench just a 5 minute walk away from Orofino. The grapes were picked at a low brix level to accentuate the flavours of the grapes and to develop a fresh, food-friendly wine. Aged 4 months in older French oak barrels, this wine is full of fresh, bright red fruit with notes of white pepper.
