Highlights This is a blend of 41% Pinot Gris, 30% Chenin Blanc, 12% Viognier, 6% Chardonnay, 6% Riesling, 5% Semillon. Aromas of apple, spiced pear and orange peel are up front. In the background there are floral notes. On the palate the wine has a soft mouth feel, creamy texture and a clean balanced finished. A portion of this assemblage has been fermented and aged in oak, the remainder of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel.
