Highlights This elegant Chardonnay has aromas of Granny Smith apples and honey notes. Melon and peach flavours arrive on the first blush in the mouth. Mineral and citrus notes come through on the finish. 20% of the grapes were aged in French oak barrels, which adds a nuance of richness in the mid palate and hints of vanilla and toast while the stainless portion brings on solid fruit and clean acidity.
