Highlights Straw yellow colour with a complex bouquet of sweet ripe apple, nut, new oak, biscuit, vanilla bean and a touch of caramel. A medium-bodied Chardonnay with a slightly rich, creamy approach which is refreshed moments later by notes of green apple, lemon and smokey oak flavours. A kick of lemony acidity lingers on the finish.
