Highlights This is the first release of Seven Stone's premium Bordeaux blend created from the best barrels of their cellar. It is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of ripe fruit, spicy sage, leather, green olives and cedar "leap out of the glass". Complex layers of chocolate, plum, blueberry and coffee flavours are complimented with an exquisite mouth-feel and a satisfying smooth and long finish. 17 months in new French oak.
