Highlights Sémillon naturally creates notes of lemon, lime or green apple but this cool climate wine has much more complexity. The nose offers scents of melon, rose and diesel while the palate entertains stone fruit and spice with a finish of lingering honeydew. We added 5% Sauvignon Blanc that contributes some crisp citrus notes throughout.
