Highlights A Riesling produced from the Stony southerly facing slope at Wild Goose Vineyards in Okanagan Falls in select years only. A slow cool fermentation produces a wine of apple and peach flavours with a distinct crispness. The wine is bottled in the spring and always allowed to age for 6-8 months before release.
