It’s a reminder that the choices CedarCreek makes have to add up to one better than gold. This amber nectar, “M”, is the only Madeira style wine produced in the Okanagan Valley. Made from Pinot Blanc from the 2005 vintage, this unique wine was placed in small casks which baked naturally under the hot Okanagan sun for five years. Fortified with alcohol after fermenting to 7% residual sugar this is a delightful after dinner drink. Without these details, the “M” wouldn’t be Platinum. And the results show in every bottle.
