This lighter-bodied red offers dark cherry and vanilla flavours, with toasty, dark fruit aromas and a hint of violets. The texture is already starting to show the silky smoothness so much admired in Pinot Noirs. Enjoy it with grilled salmon or lamb, roast turkey or duck, and dishes enhanced by mushrooms. May be cellared for another 3 to 4 years.
