At every stage of grape cultivation, harvest and winemaking only the very finest lots are selected for Mission Hill Family Estate's 'Select Lot Collection' wines. The grapes are chosen from blocks and rows within 100% winery owned estates in Oliver and Osoyoos, having been meticulously cared for throughout the growing season in the vineyard. Hand harvested, and hand sorted during grape-receiving, they are then gravity fed to small fermentation vessels, and barrel aged in tiny lots to allow for ultimate selectivity. The Syrah has been aged in French and American oak for 18 months.
