Lemon yellow colour with a pleasant bouquet of ripe apple, Bartlett pear, spring blossoms, yellow plum, citrus, almond and a touch of oak. This medium-bodied wine is slightly rich with flavours of pear, tropical fruit, orange and tangerine. Tropical fruit and citrus notes linger through on the clean, crisp finish. Serve not overly chilled at 13 to 15ºC with grilled white fish; mushroom and spinach quiche; Dungeness crab; roasted chicken; pork roast with grilled apples.
