Wild Goose Vineyards Pinot Noir

The "Burgundy" grape. Widely grown in the Okanagan. Quality is very dependant on the weather. Cherry, raspberry, and soft tannins typify the flavours of Pinot Noir. A hot fermentation helps extract colour and flavour. The wine is then barrel aged in American and French oak for a period of 6-12 months.
