The 2009 First Crush Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and Merlot. To create this Rosé they use the saignée method, which means they drain lightly extracted juice from freshly crushed red grapes. The pink juice undergoes a cool, temperature controlled fermentation to preserve its fruit flavour and aroma. This wine is all about strawberry, cherry and tropical fruit aromas. It finishes off dry with well-balanced fruit and acidity. Enjoy on the summer patio with good friends!
