Wild Goose Vineyards Black Brant


A dessert wine produced from their premium grown Marechal Foch grapes. Made in a port style using the continuous fermentation method. The Style-Marechal Foch is ripened on the vine until 26-28 percent sugar is achieved. The Foch is then fermented on the skins to extract colour and then the wine is transferred to oak where the wine continues to develop. Aged 8-12 months in new oak.
