This “peaches and cream” style Chardonnay has become synonymous with LAFRENZ and has developed a huge following of converts. They barrel ferment 50% of the blend components to capture the great complexity and body that high quality French oak can provide. The balance is slowly fermented in stainless steel to retain the lovely melon, peach, and nectarine fruit flavors that only the Okanagan can produce on stellar sites. The result is a complex wine with great finesse.
